Conversations in confidence · How we keep a sale quiet

Listings

What we can show in public.

Most of the work never appears here. Employees, vendors, and competitors do not need a webpage to know a company is for sale. When a listing can be public without harming the file, it will live on this page.

Current book

No public listings just now.

There is nothing here because we will not invent inventory, and we will not put a living company on the internet for the sake of looking busy. If you are a qualified buyer, ask. If you are an owner, the first conversation is still private.

Off-market files

Companies we can discuss only after an NDA and a short conversation about fit, capital, and geography. No teasers on this page.

When a listing is public

What you will see

Industry, geography in general terms, a recast range or asking range, and enough to know whether to ask for the CIM. Not the name on the door. Not the customer list.

Buyers

Register once

Industry, size, North Florida or further, owner-operated or managed, real estate or lease, and how you intend to fund. We will not send you fifty mismatched teasers.

Owners

You will not be a thumbnail

If your company cannot be marketed in public without risk, it will not be. The listings page is a tool. It is not the product.

Why other sites look busier.

Franchise networks publish inventory because inventory is how they recruit buyers and franchisees. Some of those listings are real. Some have been on the market a long time. Some are listed in six places at once.

Foundry will look quiet on purpose. When we have a public listing, it will have a recast that we are willing to stand behind, a geography, and a way to request the file. Until then, this page stays empty rather than decorative.
